TendersEMERGENCY SUPPLY OF MEDICINES & MEDICAL COMMODITIES Tender No: GAPL/COMM/MED/2026-27/NEP-1 Dt: 01.09.2026 SHORT TENDER DOCUMENT URGENT PROCUREMENT OF ESSENTIAL MEDICINES & MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR NEPAL GAPL intends to procure essential medicines and medical supplies on an urgent basis for humanitarian assistance in Nepal following the recent flash floods. The successful bidder shall supply the medicines and medical supplies as per the attached item-wise requirement list. Eligibility & Compliance - Valid Drug/Wholesale License, as applicable.
- Medicines shall be manufactured in a valid WHO-GMP compliant facility.
- COA shall be submitted on demand / if required.
- Products shall comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- MSDS/SDS shall be provided for all items classified as dangerous/hazardous goods.
- The quotation shall clearly indicate manufacturer name, manufacturing date and expiry date.
Quantity & Delivery
Material shall be supplied on an urgent basis and delivered to Hindan Airport, Ghaziabad by 22:00 Hrs. on 01.09.2026. Price Quotation
Bidders shall quote item-wise rates, inclusive of applicable taxes, packing, forwarding and transportation up to the delivery point. Validity
The quotation shall remain valid for 7 days from the date of submission. Award of Contract
GAPL reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, wholly or partly, in the interest of timely humanitarian assistance. Packing specification and other details will be shared in the Supply order Submission of Quotation
